**We primarily serve the Northern, Western and Northwestern Suburbs of the Chicago land area, and prices may vary for parties and events outside of these regions.
What to expect when you book
- First we will work together with you to establish a date and time that best suits your party/event. We require a $95 deposit to hold your date and time. This is fully refundable up until 10 days prior to your event.
- We will discuss location and weather conditions on your date to determine what will be most comfortable for your Gamers. Our trailer is equipped with Heat/AC and provides shelter from the elements. We will Game It Up rain, snow or shine!
- A Game Jockey will contact you a few days prior to your event discuss appropriate games, special requests or needs and any other details.
- The Game Jockey will call to confirm these details on the day before your event.
- We will arrive 20 minutes before the start time of your event to set up.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Cancellations at least 10 days prior to your event receive a full refund
- If you cancel within ten days of your event you will forfeit your $95 deposit.
- If you do not cancel your party but are not at the address provided, without at least 2 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount.
- Inclement weather conditions will not be cause for cancellation and refund.
- There will be no refunds for services performed
- If we are unable to provide our services, your event will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed upon date.
